Ultimate Fan Theories

Pokémon The humans in the Pokémon World may have arrived when the colonial fleet in Battlestar Galactica reached "Earth". They may have also "crossed over" from, or live in, a version of the Watchmen/DC universe. Both versions are possible. The reality of Pokémon is that the humans live in a Lovecraftian universe in which most adults are afraid to leave their homes for fear of going being possessed by ghosts or having their dreams eaten by psychic Pokémon. Children, especially pre-adolescents, seem mostly immune to ghost-induced insanity and are encouraged to catch and train various 'mon to protect their adult selves. Basically, it is more like the  tabletop game Pokethulhu  than the familiar anime. Team Rocket have access to the original Cylon  Resurrection Ship . This way they can keep "blasting off" (dying) and then return in the same episode. Similarly, the Nurse Joys and Officer Jennies are clones/versions of Deana Biers and Kara Thrace. ...

I want to reboot Stargate SG-1 and connect it properly with the spin-off Stargate Atlantis and the Arthurian mythology introduced in the Ori story arc A few plot points (and ideas of mine I liked generally) 1. The stargate was originally discovered in Antarctica during Operation High Jump 2. Captain Jane Guinevere replaces Daniel Jackson when he spends a year (or so) as an Ancient 3. The Ancients developed FTL travel but could not use it without instantly Ascending. They therefore 4. built the Gate-building ships and sent them off into the wider galaxy/universe 5. Once, sentient beings would automatically Ascend if they are aboard a ship entering hyperspace. A group of Ancients, at some point, actually travelled back in time to slightly alter the laws of physics to prevent this from happening   6. The Ancients became obsessed with Ascending but also feared the rise of the Goa'uld 7. Those Ancients who had already Ascended, afterwa...

Family Guy is really set in Hell! Specifically one of the Hells in the  Culture  novel "Surface Detail". The television programme "American Dad!" is also set in one of these Hells, but different to the one Family Guy is set in. Think about it. The characters never age and most would end up institutionalised if they lived in a normal society. It also, perhaps, makes sense that the creators of these Hells would consider early twentieth century North America, Earth, a suitable place to set these Hells. In Surface Detail the Hells are terrible places where the downloaded  personalities of the dead are maintained. It's denizens are routinely raped by demons (one of whom may be Glen Quagmire ) or forced into arbitrary wars. All rapes result in pregnancy (Hell is a pretty horrible place of course), which is reminiscent of certain Family Guy episodes where unexpected or bizarre pregnancies occur.
